A wonderful book to use with younger students to teach them about all that goes into making the show go on. Great illustrations complemented by a number of "manipulative" pieces such as show bills, costume designs, and examples of scripts, convey a real sense of the work of the theater.

This book is so much fun for long-time fans of musicals and broadway, or those who'd like to learn. Includes authentic broadway ticket, playbill, script page, costume sketch, etc. to show readers just what the author is describing in the book. Good read for middle-aged children and up! :)

My Daughter LOVES this book! It is packed full of everything related to the theater, and then some. She has a true love for the theater and this book has only heightened it. I would recommend this book to anyone that has any interest in the theater at all!!
