    Okay, good for teachers...

    Created: 09/06/08
This book has a good message: Don't tell on people just to tattle, but only if someone is getting hurt. It doesn't come right out and explain the difference, so I think it definitely requires some conversation before and after. I bought it for use in my classroom, and I will definitely use it. I just want to make sure the kids know that it is not because the teacher is annoyed, but because kids need to learn to talk through their own problems.

I used this bbok with Kindergarten students and they loved it! It was on their level and it produced a lot of discussion about tattling. I would recommend this to all educators (AND parents) who are stuggling with the difference between tattling and telling with kids.
