Stop Sweating the Small Stuff
Created: 26/08/10
i've had this book before, so I remembered it. I like this book. it's a good read. I really do agree with this title of this book. my ex-husband & my current boyfriend are the type of men that "Constantly" Sweat the Small Stuff, when there really is NO Need to do so. It frustrates me to great lengths. I keep my mouth shut, cus showing them how much they frustrate me, doesn't help matters either. Thank God my ex-husband has been completely out of my life since November 29th, 2000. but my Current Bf..well....I Love Him, but he's driving me Crazy. I'm Hoping that this book will help him to see the error of his ways before it's too late. Life is Way Too Short to sweat the small stuff. People. just Let it Go, Let it All Go. You'll be much Happier & Stress Free if you would just Stop sweating the small stuff.

Great book to help you lower the stress in your life

I love this book! It helps you to keep things in perspective and to lower your stress about everyday things that are bothering you. It covers 100 ideas you can use to "stop sweating the small stuff". What I like best about this book is that it goes straight to the point and explains things in a simple, easy way that anyone can relate to. It's also a short read which means you can get through the book quickly and start using what you have learned.
Usually you can find this book for $1 which is an excellent investment in getting your life back on track!

very good book

This book is like a wake-up call for me about many things - the things out of which I have been wasting my time, emotions, and energy to make a big deal. The book is divided into 100 parts; each part is short but concise, teaching me how to relax in daily interactions with other people, how to nurture your thoughts and emotions in very easier and healthier ways. With just a little bit change in your attitudes, you can change your whole life. It's true. I've read this book at a bookstore, and then I decided to buy it because I want to read it over again and again. I want every idea of the book to go deeply into my mind and my heart. I want to apply each idea in my daily life ( do not just to read and get the idea and then totally forget when you close the book). This book is one of the most meaningful and useful tools I can use to serve my ultimate goal of life: seeking a peace in mind, always!

Effective, Simple and to the Point Reading
Created: 09/10/06
This author wrote 2 other similar books (don't sweat the small stuff at work/with family. I liked this one the best. Each topic is about 2 pages, simple and gets to the point. There are situations where everyone reads and goes....I've been in that spot. Its very good advice on how to learn what to do and think in stressful situations. A family member wanted to read my copy and I bought them their own copy because I believe its a good book to keep for reference. Every now and then I go back and refresh my memory of the lessons.

I love the book, Don't Sweat the Small Stuff. I read it at a freind's house and thought it was an inspiration. I also purchased this book for friends and family. I think everyone can find something beneficial from this gem.
We all can get overwhelmed at times, but when you really stop and think about what the author, RIchard Carlsob, has written, it makes sense and helps you get through what you thought was a big problem.
