Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead (DVD, 2009, P&S)

A silly story of everything that can go wrong when kids are left to their own devices for an entire summer. But, it does have one of my alltime favorite movie quotes. "The dishes are done, MAN!"

I love this movie! It's so funny and so classic, early Christina Applegate. The comedy is clean and very funny. There's some questionable material pertaining to the use of marijuana but for the age group this is targeting, it's nothing bad. I love to watch this movie over and over. Classic lines and funny parts will become jokes for later.

This is an all time classic movie i grew up watching. It is an awesome show for adukts and children. You wont regret purchasing this dvd. It rocks!

I love this movie! I think that a teen has often thought about being a grown up and living the grown up life. This movie is about a teen trying to keep her family together after the babysitter passes away and her mother is out of the country. I have seen this movie tons of times, but haven't seen it in years. I was thrilled that now I have the chance to watch it again.

Although this movie is often referred to as a cult classic, I think it transcends that label with all around appeal to anyone who was young during the 80's or is just plain young at heart. It is a great story, has a great cast and treats it's audience to lots of fun and laughs. It reminds us of a time when the world may have been a little less harsh and a lot more forgiving. I think it is very entertaining without getting too bogged down in "heavy lessons", but does have some good messages.
