    Best of the Legacy Series?

    Created: 26/10/07
Buu's Fury takes place after the Dragon Ball Z Anime, and starts where Legacy of Goku II left off. You start when Goku is in the Other World, and it follows extremely close to the Anime.

I enjoyed this game, however I did not like many things about it. I found that even though this game was an RPG there was a lot of talking by the characters. Ofcourse in an RPG a large part of the game is story but there is also gameplay. I found that most of the action parts were just because you had to break level requiment doors, so you had to train a lot. The fighting seemed tedious since you just had to kill to level up your character, and it felt like to progress you always had to break the level requirement doors. And the level of the door requirements were very ridiculus. At one point I had to level Trunks from level 65 to level 80 just to progress in one part. And also have to level Goten to level 80 to progress. This part of the game makes it feel more like a chore then anything else.

It wasn't a bad game I felt that it was just average. I feel that Legacy of Goku II was a lot better of a game. I would reccomend Legacy of Goku II over this game, since it was a well balanced game. But one thing I did like about this game was that you could raise your stats after every level up. But this also caused the game to be very easy if you put all your stats into "Strength" because you were so strong.

I would reccomend this game to a Dragonball Z Fan. Even if you are a casual gamer, or know nothing about the series its easy to understand it. The story was included in such a way it was exactly like the Anime. This game can be beaten in around 6hrs. Due to the story part though of having to keep reading more then the action part I don't see much replay value.

There is though a multi-player feature if you link up with friends, which could add replay value. I am not sure though if it requires one cartridge or two.

I hope this review helped, and happy gaming!

Great Game the final chapter of the DBZ saga . You start out as Gohan and fight your way through the great saiyman saga and then Badbidi and Buu appear after Goku comes to visit earth after dying from the Cell game seven years ago. In the end you should all know who prevails. Such a great game.

    good game

    Created: 06/01/09
This game is a great game for many different reasons. The Legacy of Goku sticks to the Dragon Ball Z story pretty much to the T without the dumb episodes that you see on the show. It is a great rpg and the game is a lot of fun to play. Another great thing about the game is that you know for sure that there is going to be a second game, and you will want to keep playing it over and over again!
