Movie synopsis
Sean Connery provides the voice of the last dragon on earth in this medieval tale of a freelance knight who's forced to turn against the tyrant king he tutored as a boy. In order to bring the king to justice the noble warrior must kill him, but in doing so he would also end the gentle dragon's life. The Signature Laserdisc edition also includes a feature on the film's making. Academy Award Nominations: Best Visual Effects.

) I purchased this movie to watch the performance of Jason Isaacs.
I ended up liking this movie, for the performance of Sean Connery as Draco,
the Dragon. His interaction with Dennis Quaid is unique. Only Mr Connery and his acting talents could have made this movie what it is. You actually believe you are watching Mr Connery, when in fact its really DRACO.
Mr Isaacs had a very, very small role in this film.
This movie also has stunning, believable special effects, for the year it was made. Would I recommend this movie? Yes!! Did I enjoy it, YES!!
Dennis Quaid usually turns in a better performance, but for some reason he was a little bland in this one. I bought this movie used, because it seems to be out of print, for now. Pure escapism, but I enjoyed it. At times, we all need to escape. Although Mr Jasons role is brief, he does have a cool death scene.
If you call being skewered in the back cool. I do!

) It's a great movie for the whole family. for dragon lovers and the times of kings and knights alike. alot of un action and a good plot line. suspensful and disapointments lead into a thrilling adventure with friends and foes!

I like Sean Connery's voice, bought it because BlockBusters didn't have it. It is a nice addition to my collection.

This movie is wonderful, The king gets a part of a dragons heart, I like how the dragon speaks, he is in the stars.
