) This is an outstanding GPS attachment for iPad, iPod, and other portable computers. I bought it for aviation use with an iPad. Works well and is accurate. It does not drop out and reboot like navigating from phone towers. Paid less than the going price for a brand new unit.

Works perfectly, small and compact. Great reception and locks onto all of the satellites. Get their GPS APP - it's free. Easy to use. What I love best is that it has it's own battery and therefore doesn't drain my iPod battery. Works great with my iPod Touch 4th gen.
The reviews I read for this GPS is what guided me to purchase it and I am happy that I did.
When I eventually purchase an iPhone which has it's own GPS, I will still use this GPS unit because it has it's own battery. I would give it 10 stars, if there were that many.

Great product for use with IPAD2 + ForeFlight Mobile IFR or VFR

GPS Works Great. I use this with my IPAD2 and ForeFlight Mobile for navigating IFR and VFR. It works great giving 10m accuracy on georeferenced sectional/enroute low altitude charts and approach plates. I've had no connection problems and the battery lasts about 8 hours. Fits easily on the glareshield and silicone backing keeps it from sliding or moving in turbulence. I have not used other GPS receivers (BAD ELF, ect) but I do like the fact that there is no physical connection to the IPAD2. I would recommend this product.

Great product and so easy to use with apple products when u download the free apple app. Makes you're iPad or iPhone more useable.
