It is true-you can eat what you love!

I really like this cookbook. I have already tried several of the low calorie shakes and deserts and they take great and have not affected my weight loss plan. I do, however, substitute agave nectar for splenda because I can't have the artificial sweetner. The cookbook recipes are easy and quick to do and there are lots of great pictures. I also appreciate the information included in the book about health information and certain ingredient information. I bought this book because my mother recommended it to me. We have quite a few people with diabetes in my family and I am starting now to take preventative measures.

I bought this book because I am trying to find alternatives to cutting fat and carbs from alot of recipes I like to eat. Also I purchased this recipe book to make recipes to help me feel more satisfied with higher fiber recipes; as well as to help with weight loss.

I think Eat what you Love recipe book is better then alot of others because first off it is the first recipe book I have purchase that I like to try most of the recipes and it has ingredients that are much easier to find then most recipe books.

RECIPES EXCELLENT AND LOVE THAT IT'S HEALTHY!

Created: 22/04/11
"I love this recipe book. In fact, it is now one of my favorites! So far I've made the chicken picatta and the orange chicken. OMGosh! Unbelievably good! and...without the guilt. I've always thought that low fat, low sugar = low taste. NOT AT ALL the case here. Tender meat. I can't wait to try more recipes. My husband and I REALLY need to eat healthier, so I'm thrilled that he loves the recipes too. I'd definitely cook these when I have company. They would never know it came from this type of cookbook. So flavorful, you'd think there were lots of fattening ingredients! Highly recommend to anyone."

A definite must-have cookbook!

Created: 22/04/11
"I ordered this cookbook while on maternity leave, knowing it was time to start shedding some weight and eating better. I started out planning a few weekly meals from this cookbook, and everything I made was a huge success! The next week I think I made 4-5 additional different items, each one being fantastic! From that point on, this cookbook turned into my post baby weight loss dinner planner. I have never owned a cookbook where I use more than 5 recipes until I got this one. We eat out of this cookbook often, and the recipes are just phenominal. My husband even loved everything, and he was not looking forward to eating "lighter". I would recommend this book to anyone - If you're on the fence, BUY IT!"

This has become my favorite book. I love to make new things and love to cook. My fav so far is the orange chicken. I am actually losing weight and my meals are delicious! Also the fact that you can contact the author of the book with questions and she answers quickly. Just can't say enough wonderful things. I have told all my friends and this book will be purchased as Christmas gifts. I put a little tab on each recipie with my own ratings. LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!
