As a recent victim of job losses brought on by the poor economic atmosphere, I needed every tool available to me to quickly bring my new business up to speed. The Ebay Seller's Tax and Legal Answer Book by Cliff Ennico (2007, Paperback)was just the ticket to give me that advantage. Although 3 to 4 years old, The Ebay Seller's Tax and Legal Answer Book by Cliff Ennico (2007, Paperback)was invaluable to me. I have been an eBayer for some 12 years and decided to take this passion to a new business. I needed to know as much as possible to get the income stream flowing and to do it legally. You might think you know allot or even it all until you've read this book and uncover what the players have discovered. The best thing about this as with most eBay purchases is you have saved money by recycling what others are finished with. Excellent! When its your own business you want to avoid "learning by your mistakes" as much as possible. Highly recommended for anyone contemplating an eBay or any form of self employment.

I wanted a book that told specifics about the tax and legal aspects of selling online. Most books I've read generalize everything or haven't quite answered the questions I've had, this one did. A lot of the important information is given in bullet points making it easier to understand the answers without getting bogged down in the words. Easy read and overall good book.

Basically you need to read this book if you want to open a business on ebay and go about doing so the right way. This book is very detailed and teaches you a lot about more than just ebay.

Book provided a lot of guidance for tax information. An easy read, cut through a lot of technical mumbo jumbo for the average joe.
Would recommend for anyone starting out selling on eBay.
