) So I bought the ELF mineral eye primer because my Coastal Scents Eye Poxy Primer was getting really dry, and this one was really cheap! The product itself is nice, it does prevent creasing in like 5 to 7 hours, in the 8th hour you'll start noticing a very slight creasing.

It has a strange consistency that I find difficult to spread evenly. There also seemed to be very little product in the tube, I would just spend the extra money and get Urban Decay Primer Potion. My eyeshadow did look very good over this, but I would stick with the clear primer. Value is great for the price. I would only recommend this as a cheap alternative/settle.
