Emeril's Kitchen Cookbook

I love the fact that it covers not only fancy dishes but everything in between. He not ony gives the recipe for the main dish, but also gives the recipe for the sauce or side dish that goes with it in the same, or next page.
There are beautiful colored pictures of the food in the center of the book.
This is a cookbook for people that actually cook, not just one to put on a shelf to show off to your friends.
Each chapter of the book gives you a section dedicated to specific foods, one for seafood, deserts, ect. In each section, recipes from different restaurants are combined to give you the best dishes of each food selection.
This is a great addition to any home cookbook collection.

BAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This man can cook! I love his way of cooking, and all the wonderful foods he prepares on tv. Want to cook like a pro? These recipes will help you to create mouth watering meals that your guests will love. I'm glad to be the proud owner of any cookbook this man puts out to the public. Can only hope that one day I will be able to visit one of his restaurants myself. In the mean time, the recipes in this book will make me happy, and all those who come to dine at our home.

Interesting Exiting & Fun Food & Flavor Combinations !!

I decided to buy this book because I have other books by Emeril & they have never fail to delight! These are recieps for some of his restaurants. Recieps like 'Chateaubriand a la Bouquetiere with Marchand de Vin Sauce', 'Red Onion Confiture', 'Creole Musturd sauce', 'Lamb & feta Cheese Lasagna', 'Sweet Potato Banana Casserol' , 'Creole Mustard Spaetzle' and on and on! Trying his recipes is a creative adventure, exiting & interesting food combinations! Emerils one of the best!

Not for everyday cooks

I wanted this cookbook for my extensive collection because of Emeril's reputation as a renowned chef. But as I perused the contents, it became obvious to me that this cookbook is for more adventurous cooks rather than those of us who just want a new spin on old receipes. It calls for expensive ingredients which I probably wouldn't use much again.
I decided to stick with the more traditional cookbooks and will probably pass this on to one of my "gourmet" friends.
Emeril should dumb down a bit.

Emeril's cookbook

I am extremely impressed with the condition of the book, it looks as though its brand new. I really enjoy Emeril's food and was just looking for a good cookbook at a good price. This is an amazing cookbook there is not one recipe that I am not thrilled to make. Everything looks absolutly delicious! The price of the book was great too. Over all I don't think I could have found a better buy.
