Enchanted: Erotic Bedtime Stories for Women by Nancy Madore (2006, Paperback)

This book is really erotic. Very steamy, very sensual, very adult themed. As an adult female - I loved the book. The short stories are based upon fairy tales we grew up with as little girls - but these stories are not bedtime stories for little girls! They are steamy, romantic, erotica for adults.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes erotic stories. I bought the book having never read Nancy Madore and I was glad I did. It was everything I hoped it would be.

Wow. That's pretty much all I could say after I read the first few pages of this incredibly spicy and quite risque book. I absolutely LOVED it. Some of the stories seem a little tedious and long winded, and some seem too trite, but for the most part, the stories are so hot and will make you hot too. The best ones, in my opinion, were Beauty and the Beast, Goldilocks, and the Polar Bear King story. Also the Mrs. Fox/Mrs. Wolf story - that one was really hot. There is a different take on almost every legend/fairy tale imaginable. It was really so refreshing to have an adult (make that VERY adult) version of some of the most classic fairy tales we've all come to know. It was so great and definitely makes a woman hot and bothered, to say the least. I'll be re-reading this book soon, I guarantee you.

This book was okay. I cannot really consider it erotica, although it has some steamy parts. I enjoyed the different twists that were used based on the fairy tales that we grew up reading about. I was expecting a lot more spice but this book just wasn't spicy enough.
