    Great game

    Created: 21/03/09
First played this game on a demo desk, if not for that I would have never known about this game. There was no marketing done to promote this game. Game is a little dated now, but it's the best sim for ps2 hands down.

I always thought the Gran Turismo series was top dog until I played this game and realized the "defects" of Sony's flagship racing sim. I own up to GT4 and have played the prologe of GT5. The graphics are the only thing that improves with each GT title, even on the new ps3. "Funky" physics and horrible audio can be found on every new release.

Graphics are what you would expect from a ps2 title, the real attraction is the physics of car movement. Anyone who has driven a real car at it's limits will appreciate how accurate this game is.

Lack of car damage and no tuning are the only downside of this sim. Otherwise very solid. I will be watching for a Enthusia 2 or another sim title from Konami to play on the new consoles.

I know that this review is coming a long time after the release of Enthusia, but this game stuck out to me as such a great sim, I wanted others to know of it's quality.

    Excellent racing game

    Created: 08/12/05
Hardly much better than Gran Turismo 4, however, I enjoyed this game because of the RPG elements of leveling up your stamina and car levels. Another important thing I enjoyed was that the game taught you to become a better race driver, which is not hitting other vehicles, hitting walls, or going off the course by deducting points everytime you do such a thing.

I play this with just the controller and you can only steer with the analog sticks, but the sensitivity isn't that great, however, you can use a Logitech wheel in this game and i'm sure it would make this game much more enjoyable.

    i'm no gamer but...

    Created: 13/05/09
    Hello associates,
I’m no gamer but I do have lots of preteen, teen aged and young adult family members who visit from time to time. After they arrive and spend few minutes of chit chat with me, there off to the races to earn bragging rights from playing (EPR). I’ve owned (Play Station) from day one. I have it mostly for visitors. They all seem to like the Enthusia Pro Racing. Even the side liners enjoy watching the action while cheering for there favorite driver and cars. It’s enjoyable for me to witness how they all play the game with the same amount of vigor and enthusiasm regardless of age or gender. I personally think the people at Enthusia Professional Racing got it right. I know it’s an older game but you wouldn’t know that when my family members are visiting. We are very happy I purchased it.

    Not As Good As GT4

    Created: 25/07/08
This game is okay but it is not great. I guess that is because I am so used to Gran Turismo with the wide variety of cars, tracks, and brands. Enthusia simply to me is not as good as any Gran Turismo not GT1, GT2, GT3, GT4, or GT5. Also on Enthusia you can only use the joystick (I always prefer the D-pad).
