We made the error to order the printer with a serial port... we needed a parrallel port. the company very kindly sent us the correct part, it was very easy to change to a parrallel port. no problem.
Works as advertised

) Scores above are rather useless, my POS System did an upgrade and that required a printer that's either a IV or V, my III wouldn't do. Bought this one and it works as well as a thermal printer should. The only thing is that it was a touch louder than the old one, but it could be because it's quicker. I'm happy.
