Ergo Proxy - Box Set (DVD, 2008, 6-Disc Set)

The series is all about mystery. Ergo proxy was beautiful at the least. After watching the series, it quickly and easily became one of my favorite (maybe even #1) animes I've ever watched.

It keeps you guessing and wondering for answers, just as the main characters do. The way the story was written really draws you in and makes feel connected to the characters, and I mean all of them. Re-l, Vincent, Pino, Daedalus, the Chief, etc. Also, Pino is THE cutest anime character ever. Hands down. I definitely recommend watching in English dubs, they were done really well. I watched with dubs and subtitles. Pino sounds really different in her Japanese voice (not as cute) which is weird, since usually the Japanese little girl voices are always exaggeratedly cute.

Ergo Proxy really captured my heart, and I'm sure it would for anyone else. :)

Quality voice action great graphics, tad bit slow moving with the plot and action but over all quality anime series... I hope they continue the series

Ergo proxy is a unique and original idea that makes you think quite a bit. The background information of the world and events are not just handed to you, so be prepared to do some thinking, and to be surprised. The characters are all very well made, and the music and images are incredible.

Bought it for my daughter. She loves anime and this is perfect for her. The price was great. Others were more expensive of the same quality.

I don't know what prompted me to invest in this boxset, but I'm absolutely satisfied and give my highest level of recommendation to any potential viewers. The story, setting, characters, and adventure are all magnificently portrayed, interesting, and artistic.
