I like this book because it had starter information and mixes to avoid with oils. It helped me in things that I missed in formulas. Great guide. Read more

This book has a little of everything in it, and is great for the beginner. Oil descriptions and uses and how to make many things like sachets, bath salts, scented pillows, gift baskets, bath oils and the like. Also pet care and household uses that I found very interesting. How to use oils safely and what oils not to use. Which scents are best to use in what are also listed. One of the best oil book I read. I would recommend.
