Great comfy convenient car seat you'll have for years!

Having 3 children ages 4, 6, and 20, I've purchased more than my fair share of car seats for the last 2. When the 20 year old was younger, there were less options, so she only had 3 during her carseat-riding days. My 2 younger ones have had 10 seats between them! This Evenflow is what they currently travel in when they are in my husband's car, and will be the last. I wish it would have been out when I purchased the last 4 booster seats! We have similar ones in my van by another manufacturer, but the padding isn't so great and there aren't the little storage caddies on the sides.
With this seat, it is very well padded-so no sore rears after long drives, and the headrests come out far enough on both sides for them to rest comfortably when they fall asleep in the car-no hanging forward like in some seats. My kids always bring little toys or a bag of snacks, so the side caddies and cup holders on each side is a real convenience-I can't believe earlier car seats didn't have cup holders! And, these will go all the way until the girls are 8, (which is our states law for car seats) because they have the backs that come off so it works like just a booster for bigger kids who don't want to ride in a carseat anymore. Plus, just the single seatbelt that slides through the designated areas on the seat are so quick and easy to do and undo. This also was not an expensive seat compared to others. It is definitely one to consider!

Evenflo Big Kid Booster Car Seat

I liked this because it looked like from the picture that my grandson will be able to get in and out of my truck easily. He is out growing his other car seat but he is too little for the half booster seats. This seat is from 30lbs to 100lbs He weighs 37lbs. So this should last him until he is old enough to not be in a car seat at all. Ohio just nade the law to where they changed the size of the child and the age for a child to not be in a car seat.
