Peter Boyle is dead.

As a widespread array of popular television shows are planning to release their final season DVD sets by the end of 2007 ("Full House," "Gilmore Girls," and "Everybody Loves Raymond," to name a few), they have all taken a similar path by releasing deluxe full-series collections at the same time. That, right there, is a currently growing trend that you can expect to find with every future television show that is being manufactured on DVD. When popular shows like this one reach the point where their final season is ready for release, the DVD companies must do something to keep their profits rolling. In order to reel in even the consumers who have already purchased the previous seasons, there is only one thing left to do: design some super-fancy packaging, promise a few little surprise bonuses that do not come with the original DVD's, produce a "Complete Series" set, and slap a $200 list price on it. After all, there is a slew of dedicated "Raymond" fans in the world, and for many of them, something like this is difficult to pass up.
Maybe not everyone will agree with me when I say that it is one of the greatest shows ever made, but surely it's one of the best comedies out there, and in a society where complete series DVD's are becoming the norm, here's one of the "best bets" that will surely be watched and re-watched often enough to make the investment worth it!

A great sitcom!

Everybody Loves Raymond is in my opinion the best sitcom created. It is hilarious but also has it's serious moments. Peter Boyle and Doris Roberts are Ray's parents and they do the job better than anyone else ever could have in my opinion. They are just like nosey, next-door in-laws and butt into his life in the most funny of ways but they also show a caring side as well. My favorite character in the show is Robert Barone, Ray's very jealous brother. He thinks their parents love Ray more and most of the time it seems they do. I would recommend this show to anyone who loves a good laugh and it never gets old.

WHY I LOVE EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND DVD SET
Created: 05/11/09
I love the complete series, when I have a bad day, I come home put on a couple of episodes of Everybody Loves Raymond, and it lifts me right up. I love the show, the actors all of them, the writers the production, when the show left the air after 9 seasons, I was depressed, But then the reruns came, but they took the off, and all thats on TV today is Garbage. I went on Ebay, found a complete set of the entire 244 episodes, on 44 disc's, and now I can watch it anytime I want, and pick the show I want to see. I love the one were Ray Barone, gets beat up by Peggy, the Girl Scout cookie lady infront of Peteys muffler shop, that one is great, they are all good best stuff out there I highly recommend the entire series, the discs will last a llfe time, When your having a now so good day, put in a disc, and get ready to laugh, this stuff is great.

...everybody loves raymond - they do - they really do..

It's true - all 9 seasons - over 100 hours of Everybody Loves Raymond is now available under one roof and on 44 discs! Inside the collectible house structure are all 210 episodes, along with loads of bonus features and a 40-page script of the series finale autographed by all 10 of the episode's writers (okay, not their original signatures, but autographed just the same).
I love the convenience of having the complete series in a nice and tight package. So much better than purchasing the individual seasons and having to make space for them to keep them in order. The Everybody Loves Raymond giftset is a must have for any true fan of the Barone family.

Everybody Loves Raymond for fun family viewing

Everybody Loves Ray and the Barone family. The entire cast are candid and very real.
All of us can identify with their family. I am quite certain that they must be my relatives. There's a little Barone in all of us.
Each episode is filled with hillarious, real life situations. Their cast is funny and believable.
Owning the complete series is incredible! I can actually view all of the episodes and never miss one. Buying the complete series has saved me time and money over buying them individually.
Don't wait! Buy your complete series of Everybody Loves Raymond now.
Start having endless hours of fun family viewing. You will realize why Everybody Loves Raymond.
