    Publisher's Note
Complete with weird baby names, tips on how to avoid a sympathetic pregnancy, and a discourse on the evolution of ESPN and the role it plays postdelivery, Hill's tome has been thoroughly revised to account for not only the usual father-to-be questions but also the often baffling and amusing technological and medical advances awaiting today's four million expectant dads.

This hilarious month-by-month guide offers new and veteran dads solace, laughter, and a bit of useful information, including a question-and-answer chapter covering basics like "How much does having a baby cost?"; visual charts assessing such things as the breakdown behind the mom-to-be's weight gain; sidebars covering common wife complaints and anticipated purchases; and much more.

    Not what was expected

    Created: 15/02/11
I bought this for my husband but he didn't find any helpful tips at all but only found the author making jokes instead. I understand trying to make light out of certain situations but again it had no helpful tips at all. So I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know.

Updated Hysterical Look At Pregnancy From The Guys Side

    Created: 03/01/10
If you want to laugh about the adventure of Pregnancy and Giving Birth or need a laugh while your other half is Pregnant and about to Give Birth, this is a good one for you, the Dad-To-Be. And it is updated from the first edition of 1993. And yes Dads-to-be, they continuously tweak how they handle and especially calculate this thing called Pregnancy even thou women have been experiencing this since the beginning of time. I should know, I am father of 3 and soon to be 4.

Great for getting first time dads in the mood

    Created: 03/10/09
My husband is actually reading this book in the bathroom - unlike the more serious dad-to-be books. It makes him laugh and I think it got him thinking more about the pregnancy stuff. There is a lot to worry about during a pregnancy so a light-hearted side of the story is a breath of fresh air. Also, many surprisingly helpful things in there among all the silliness.
