) This is a movie that I remember from the 80's. I have looked for the movie but didn't know the title. This is a movie about a vietnam veteran who turns into the exterminator after his best friend gets beat up and his neck broke and paralized and left in a vegatable state. It is very action packed and plenty of blood and gore. You actually root for the guy as he trys to kill all the scum of new york. It is a vigalante type movie such as "Deathwish" but is full of violence. My type of movie. I give this movie 5 stars because it deserves it. A movie that is well worth a watch.

) I always loved this movie. I'm more of a comedy movie fan (Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles) or something with some comedy in it (Goodbye Girl) but growing up with a mother who loves horror and/or violence (any Stephen Segal movie will do for her), I saw my share of action flicks. This movie has a definite cult following anf I love Robert Ginty's portrayal of the main character.
The movie is reminisant of Death Wish, where something terrible happens a little to close to home, and the main character goes a little balistic. Like Death Wish, you want to cheer for the main character and see justice served.
With the DVD though, I just wish that there were bonus features with the actors. Unfortunately, ther are no bonus's to speak of.
But I bought the film this time despite lack of bonus features because the price was just right. If you you are a fan of the original Death Wish, this one is at least worth watching

) IT APPEARED TO BE A COPY FROM A VHS TAPE BUT THE QUALITY WAS GREAT NONETHELESS. I DECIDED TO BUY IT BECAUSE THERE JUST WAS NO OTHER OUTLET TO AQUIRE IT FROM. BUT I'M SATISFIED!
Rambo, Death Wish, and Missing in action...

) This is a great revenge flick. If you liked Death Wish, Rambo, Missing in action, uncommon valor, but also like the edge of such films as Taxi Driver, Rolling Thunder, and The Deer Hunter, this pic is for you. Some uneven consistencies in the plotline are very annoying at times but to fix this it would have had to been as long as Apocalypse Now.
