Very cool book

Created: 14/05/08
This is a very cool book! So many ideas that I have yet to try, but definitely marking. My husband likes it too. I haven't made it half-way yet, but I will. There are ideas for cleaning, making things, cheaper alternatives to buying overpriced items from the store. It takes an item, like ammonia, and lists the many different things you can use with it. Like using as a bleaching agent, ridding smells, laundry, polishing, stains, and many others.

Some ideas seem a bit ghetto, but if you have lots of kids, some of the ideas will save you money and give a bit of freedom in letting them tear into things.

I love the uses for baking soda and vinegar. I'm sure I will have more later on.

I bought it because I received an offer in the mail to buy it, but didn't want to pay full price. I found it about 60% cheaper on Ebay.

The thing I really love about this book is it says exactly what it is.....It is new and clever ways to use all the things that are hanging around your home ..quick and easy remedies to save money, time, and in many cases the environment......what's not to like about that?

A timely book

My husband bought this one for me at Sam's club the other day. I couldn't put it down. At a time when money is tight, there is nothing more practical than a book that shows you how to reuse and recycle household objects. Good for the pocketbook and for the environment!
