Eye for an Eye (VHS, 1996)

I personally like this movie. I love action thrillers and Sally field did a great job in this one. If you are just browsing through and come across this movie with Sally Fields, you might be inclined to pass it, but don't. I actually recommend this - there's a lot of well-known stars like Ed Harris, Joe Montagna, Kiefer Sutherland and lots other talents you will definitely recognize.

Of course, this is like any other typical revenge films you see today- but for being an older movie, I give them credit for that. Bewarned though cause this may make some people uncomfortable, although not gratitiously violent yet still strongly presented.

Overall, It's worth watching.

This is a movie about cold justice.Sally Field plays a mother of a 17 year old child that is raped and murdered by a sadistic,perverse predator.After the faulty trial with the killer getting away with the murder,she follows the killer to his neighborhood,then he follows her into her neighborhood stalking the youngest of her two daughters.She eventually seeks out her own brand of justice since the police are useless in helping her.If you believe in Satanic justice,seeking justice personally,by your own hand,buy this movie!After all,revenge is sweet.I really enjoyed this film.

I have always loved this movie. It is drama, action, and Sally Fields get exactly what she wants. If you have had any sexual abuse in your past, this movie may be a bit much. I loved this movie as it was made before all the new graphics. It reminds me of a more real movie and can see why Sally Fields does what she does. Very good.
