Reflections on the Bush administration
Created: 29/09/05
Always controversial, Michael Moore focuses his attention on the Bush administration. He begins with the Florida election fiasco, followed by the September 11th tragedy. Instead of professing what Bush did or did not do, Moore provides footage of broadcasts and airport logs to depict what actually happened. One issue being the government's assistance in flying Bin Laden's family out of the US. Another interesting moment is that Bush was reading to an elementary school class when he learned the US was under attack on September 11th ... we are shown footage of him being told BUT continuing to sit there and read to the school children. Additionally, Moore tackles military recruitment practices and lives effected by the Iraq war.
The documentary is told in a familiar Moore style -- witty, sarcastic, informative, and truly human. I enjoyed the film for providing me with an aggregated view of certain events so that I can form my own opinion. If politics and world events are of interest, I recommend this film. Whether you are a Bush fan or not, I think this film is worth watching. Certain scenes depict graphic images that I would not recommend for children.

Fahrenheit 9/11 - Michael Moore - Documentary

It was a very eye opening film of the events prior, during and after 9/11. I like the way Moore displays information on how our government could have had a hand in the attack on 9/11. He gives very good information which support this idea. I love the way he tried to get the congressmen to send their kids to Iraq since they support the war. I like how Moore had clips of the people directly affected by the "War on Terror" and not only from the American viewpoint but the Iraqi people as well. The news should show some interviews with people from Iraq who witnessed the "terror" that they are all experiencing. We are all human (equal) and need to see each other as humans and not as Americans or Iraqis, etc. I think that is what Michael Moore is trying to say in this film. I rented this movie first and had to have it so I could allow other people to watch it as well. I also watched Fahrenhype 9/11 and honestly did not understand what their arguement was against Fahrenheit 9/11. Their opinions weren't presented in way that made sense and it just seemed like they were hired by the people Moore exposed to discredit Moore by any means possible. They did not do a good job. Anyway if you enjoy not being ignorant, watch this film.

Not only does Michael Moore take you deep into the bowels of the Bush corruption, this movie will show you how an illegal war affected human life and our country. This movie reeks of corruption and Bushes ties to terrorists. Bush couldn't find a way to go to start a war that Congress would approve, so he decided to ignore the security alerts that were sent to the White House that terrorists were planing to attack the US. This was such an inside job it was pathetic. When the towers were hit Bush was in a class room reading My Pet Goat to children. When you see his eyes you will know he is guilty. Not only did he stay in the class room for another 20 minutes, he went outside and did 20 minutes of photo ops before taking off and flying the friendly skys to places unknown while NY was under attack. People think that only Towers 1 and 2 were hit, but that's wrong. Tower 7 was hit, but it imploded. Dick Cheney also had an office in Tower 7. Buildings don't implode without the help of explosives. Conspiracy? Watch the movie and you be the judge.

I had heard a lot about this film when it first came out , but shortly after it's release it seemed to vanish into thin air . I'm glad I was able to see the video documentary about a very important time in the history of the world !Although many people think Mr. Moore is biased , It is hard to rationalize much of the events that take place in this film !If nothing else , one must wonder why the media is so busy reporting stupidity when the facts that are so important to the world , are are so easily Quashed !

Ah no, this is the junk journalism taught in the higher education system today. I recommend the the movie "Fahrenhype 911" or the book - Micheal more is a Big Fat Stupid White Man- This movie has nothin to do with documentation other than the documentation of how it is possible to create alternate realities through clips and phrases, voice overing, splicing, scarcasm, badgering people and taking advantage of those who think that The US government only deals in conspiracy when the Republicans are in office. If you can believe this stuff you should seek medical help, it is journalism meets Sci Fi.This guy portrays himself as the poor blue collar man from Detroit but he has made millions on duping people into beliving this junk journalism,He charges $40,000 to make an appearance at a State University, He did it to my School, and wouldn't you know he only makes apearances during election time.
