This is a required text for a master's course I am currently taking. The text is full of fantastic information, but the writing style that the authors use makes learning the material a challenge. Nearly every sentence discusses several ideas, and so the reading is slow going (and I am a speedy reader!!). I do feel that the book is giving me an excellent foundation of family therapy, but I wish the journey to this knowledge was more exciting.

I was really nervous about buying the International Version of this book for my Psych Class, but after checking the content against my classmates books, I am happy I saved the money! Past the cover the books are identical, word for word! The information is clear and easy to read, great editing!
