    controls seem to be confusing u have to hold down too many buttons plus the joystick just to do one little action, graphics are poor animations seem sticky, nothing in this game seems to stand out the psp can do much better in-terms of graphics EA needs to push it to its limits not really a game i would play alot i just wanted a soccer game on psp thats why i bought it...the only reason i pick up this game is to play the be a pro mode its awsome and different i can play like 20 games straight......THE GAME DOESNT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SHOT ON GOAL AND A PASS AND ANYONE WHO PLAYS BE A PRO MODE WOULD REALIZE THAT RIGHT AWAY WHEN SHOTS DONT REGISTER IN TASKS..just found a huge glitch.............an opponent threw the ball out in a throw in the ball never went on the field and everyone just stands around doing nothing and i had to exit the game completely because it was a tournament and there is no restart option just forfeit

    This games is awesome! There's this new game mode where you choose your favorite player in any league and then you play with him in every game. You can only manage him and no one else. ALso, this game has better graphics than the earlier FIFA games and some players' faces actually look more similar to the actual player in real life. I decided to buy this because I had gotten FIFA 08 but all the team squads were incorrect. Even when I went online to save the squads they were still the old ones from 2007. I've only had this game for two days but WOW it's great!

    P.S. Juggling and Wall Attack like in FIFA 08 are not in the FIFA 09 anymore.

    This game is in a top class its not that old and its recent, so in case one does not want to buy the 2010 one the 09 one is a good alternative. The game play is great, it easy to get hooked in this type of game learning the tactics to maneuver the players and then scoring that winning goal its a good excitement. if you are a fan of Soccer/Football this is the game for you.

    Just as good as 08 not too many changes so better wait for the 2010 release in October! Save up your money since the the major difference between 08 and 09 is the year in title...
