I love that you can customize your workout. You can do a quick workout if you are on a time contraint or a long energy boosting workout. The four different workouts are great. They involve strength along with the cardio blast. The Firm dvds are by far my favorite workout videos.

I love the Firm workouts and though this one is different from the old systems, it does not disappoint. Very challenging.
