The Firm Jiggle Free Arms is an excellent way to tone those difficult arm areas that a lot of women and men have. Like all exercise videos you have to stick with the program long enough to see results. This video gave me the results I desired. It was easy to follow but required discipline. I recommend it to most individuals. The workout doesn't take much time out of daily schedule and doesn't have to be done everyday. The Firm Jiggle Free Arms is a fantastic DVD to add to a workout program. The Firm DVD is led by professionals who take in consideration of different levels of difficulty from begginers to advanced. Well put together program.

Fast and effective

Really love this workout since it is only 35 minutes and the aerobics are effective.It takes a couple times to get into the rhythm of the basic aerobic steps. The weightlifting is basic shoulder presses, tricep dips, upright rows, bicep curls, and more. Stephanie is one of my favorite instructors. I have to be honest even though I absolutely love this workout, for me the arm work out with Janet Brooks the Firm Upper Body gave me better arm burn. Highly recommend this dvd for those of us who don't have much time. Equipment needed is firm transfirmer and dumbells.

The FIRM - Jiggle Free Arms

The FIRM is my all-time favorite exercise program. It gives me results that no other system has.
This workout is synchronized very well so that you get the most out of your time. Any workout with Stephanie Huckabee is a good one.

Love this workout

i absolutely love jiggle free arms. i have a hard time getting definition in my arms and this is the first workout where i actually see results. i have been using the transfirmer for three months now and decided to try out jiggle free arms. i could not be happier.

Lack of Challenge

I have several upper body workout VHSs and DVDs and this is my least favorite. In fact, during the second time I used it, I quit in the middle and went back to my other upper body workouts as this one does not offer enough exercise for the upper body. It was disappointing to me since I am such a great Firm fan
