    Personal trainer in training

    Created: 10/04/08
I bought this book because I am taking a course at a local college to become a certified personal trainer. The book is very informational, full of good things that you need to know. However, there are some things that they talk about that they do not further explain. It's like: here's this term, Krebs system, and now let's move on. What the heck is the Krebs system? No definition in any glossary or further explanation in the appendix. Also, throughout my class, I have been finding that there are discrepencies between the book and the instructors teaching manual- they will literally say 2 different things. So which one is correct? Anyway, its a decent book that will help me to learn what I need to know.
