Movie synopsis
The second season of this cult TV series from the mid-90s sees its star, Geraint Wyn Davies, assuming the responsibilities of director as well. Davies plays Nick Knight, a former vampire who has renounced his former way of life in order to seek redemption. Now a homicide detective working the meanest streets of Toronto, Nick is aided by Natalie (Catherine Disher), a pathologist and the only human to know his secret, and the seductive vampire Janette (Deborah Duchêne), who remains loyal to Nick despite his renunciation of vampirism. Nick also has a bumbling but lovable partner, Detective Schanke (John Kapelos). As he goes about the business of protecting humanity and fighting evil, Nick must also resist the efforts of Lucien LaCroix (Nigel Bennett), who initiated him centuries ago and is determined to bring Nick back into the fold.

) The long awaited ending to the much loved cult hit Forever Knight is a must have for any FK fan. The continuation of the series is back with more chemistry and intrigue than ever. Though I did hate that Schanke and Janette did not return for this season, the additions of Vachon and Tracey and the increasing chemistry between Nick and Natalie make it all worth while. If you love vampires and cop shows this is a wonderful combo of both GET THE ENTIRE SET you won't be disappointed.

Superb acting and wonderful characters quite a roller coaster ride that should not be missed. Third part of the three part installment, parts one and two are excellent as well.

Vampire Police Show

I like the orginal movie with Rick Springfield playing the role. Forever Knight is a show about a reluctant vampire whom wishes to become human again. This show has inspiration from Dark Shadows of a vampire wanting atone for his past sins. The show often does flash backs set in various times of the main characters very long past. The flash back will have some bearing on the current situation of the show. The special effects compliment not overshadow the show. I have now watched the shows that I missed when this series was on TV. DVD are a great because they allow to watch the good things that were missed the first time around.

Forever Knight - Part Three

I have always like the Forever Knight series when it was one TV. Getting the final season was great. It is well written, and showing a vampire who wishes not to feed on humans...possibly an idea used by others recently (Twilight sage, First Blood)????

The series Forever Knight was broadcast for a while on Sci Fi and had some story line to it. It is enjoyable to watch because their usually is a brief mystery homicide that needs to be solved by a Reforming or attempting to reform Vampire Nicholas who wants to be human again and is a night time detective, sho gets the bad guy and deals with his lack of mortality. The run time is 45 minutes and that is perfect to watch while on the elyptical or treadmill if you are not an exercise buff and need a distraction to exercise.
If you like Vampire mystery stories you will like this series.
