An appealing mix of street-smarts, pixie cuteness, and sensuality established Abdul as a girl-next-door type for the hip-hop generation, and her catchy dance hits exemplified the pop-R&B production standards of the day.The album spawned four Top Ten hits, including the cute and funky "Opposites Attract," the tough yet vulnerable "Straight Up," and the sugary title track. Two additional singles from the album charted, and by the end of 1989, Paula Abdul was a bona fide star.

This is definitely a classic must-have. I mean,if your into music of any kind, then you will understand why owning anything by paula abdul is an absolute must. It makes you remember all those past crushes, first loves that we thought we be forever, the way we used to dress, dance, think, look,& act. It's fun, sweet,& carefree with just enough emotion to get you going.

Paula is Forever my girl

Six number one hits from one album says it all. Paula would've all but ruled the early nineties, had Janet Jackson been out of the picture. This album has enough memorable tunes to keep anyone humming happily all day.

Forever Your Girl - Abdul, Paula 1992

Created: 11/04/08
This is by far Paula's best CD(if you don't include her greatest hits cd). I put this disc in & couldn't stop "dancing" in my chair!

Her song selection is FANTASTIC, and each song makes you want to get up and dance. I can't even pick a favorite from this cd... they are all equally THE BEST!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Especially for you late 80's, early 90's fans!!!
