want to shred?

This is an old video from the early 90's,but frank will show you how to play fast if you follow the exercises. You will still have to learn how to solo on your own. This video will show you examples of scale runs from major to minor sweeping and string skipping. And if you follow the workout your fingers will learn how to play fast by repetition. It's like boxing you learn how to throw a punch from the book but in a real fight you have to choose which one's your going to use.So learn theory and improvisation elsewhere, these are just finger exercises, much like the Hanon exercises for all you piano students out there. It still is a viable tool, it helps my finger dexterity and helps with lightning fast scale runs.

Great strength building workout for the left hand as well as right hand. I'm still on lessons one and two after a few months - it's tough and Ive been playing over twenty years. But I can see improvement already in accuracy and strength. This has become a mainstay in my guitar practice routine, strongly recommended.

Frank Gambale - Interesting presentation

The exercises were very good. Good pamphlet. The presentation was a little 80's cheesy. But overall some good content.
