    Awesome graphics!!

    Created: 09/01/07
It has awesome graphics thats for sure if you have a HDTV. I personally think that this game is great way to start of the PS3 battle car gragphics. Otherwise.. yeah the driving is terrible and the guns could be better. They should allow you to put more weapons on the cars You are only allow two different types of weapons. The story mode is ok. It is hard at the end like every other games but it isn't that hard to beat. I love the online actually. You battle with other people.. You can unlock better guns off-line, and then go online to kick ass.. The more story mode you do the better weapon it gets. Thats about it.. every mission is almost the same.. drive, finish first with out dying, kill the rival.. all that shxx...

    good, simple fun

I have only played a few hours of Full Auto 2 and it seems like a good game. I am probably slightly biased considering i love racing games and racing-actions games like twisted metal. But i would say this game is worth getting if you can find it on ebay for about $20. The campaign is a little dry because there are only two mission types, either you are racing or you are battling, but there are side missions for both that vary the gameplay some. unlockable cars and weapons add for a nice incentive to play through the campaign. the weapons are customizable, in a very limited way, which i think adds to the fun. the multiplayer is nice, except for the fact that it is only 2-player locally. And finding a match online isn't simple. but if you can get a friend that likes this kind of game then it should give you a few hours of play time together. For $20, i'd say get this game, anything more and you'd be paying too much.

Wow I have guns on my car. . . .

lol What a joke with this game. . .are you serious?Racing around with guns on the car trying to be the first to finish. This game is so much fun. . .yeah if you try and play behind the wall and try out your new bluetooth on the six axis controller.Hey that was the only way I was going to have some fun with the game. . .after the first 30 minutes of gameplay you basically know what to do.Drive around blasting other rivals and trying to finish first. You have a main objective and secondary objectives if you choose to complete them.If you decide to do the secondary objectives you get to unlock different types of guns, cars, vinyls, etc. The missions aren't hard at all. . .drive,shoot,swerve,shoot,etc. etc. etc.The only good thing about this game are the graphics that come out if you have a LCD or HDTV,each type of structure looks crisp. This game is not all that great and the online play is horrible.Only get this if you need help to beat races by having guns on your hood, other than that leave it alone because you won't be the biggest badest rebel you so longed to be.

Full Auto2 - If you have the patience

    Created: 04/04/08
I was tempted to both rate this game higher - and lower. Graphically and presentational, this game is a blast. Cars are cool - with backgrounds elements you can destroy, all with 7.0 surround sound! How cool is that? Unfortunately as you play this game for any amount of time - not very. Even in the opening missions you are out-classed and out-gunned by the AI enemy. He has laser, rocket-launchers; you have a machine gun which might as well be a paint-ball gun for all the damage it does. It is a very fast paced gamed - alot of frantic action, coupled with the fast speed of the cars, makes it difficult at first to know just what is going on. You find yourself driving around in circles - not know where to go, or how you just died. But I suppose all games like this have a learning curve.
So that is my major beef with the game - getting up to speed with learning the law of the game. And while it looks and sounds great, it takes some serious resolve to get past the somewhat stilted game play. I was happy to pay under $12.00 for this game. Any more - and forget it.

Interesting design, but with unwieldy controls

    Created: 26/02/09
Started a campaign and immediately got introduced to driving, outfitting my car and completing objectives. The only bad thing is that you have to have a high dexterity to actually pull off all the controls in this game. One finger to accelerate/break; one to steer; two to fire; one to aim; one to speed boost. And for anyone that is counting, that is only 6 fingers, but you have to use them all at the same time (not an easy task for the normal 2 thumb method of gaming). Not exactly an easy task. Now add in that you have to watch the road, the enemies and the occasional oncoming traffic/obstacle. I'm not saying it's impossible (plenty of people have played and beaten this game I'm sure), but it sure isn't for the casual gamer that just wants to blow up badguys with a cool outfitted car and a little firepower. Graphics are nice and load screens are minimal (although sometimes a bit slow). "Unlockables" are fun to get, but dang near impossible until you figure out the controls (since you have to complete numerous secondary objectives to get them). Not a bad game for what I paid, but could certainly use a little refining, especially for the console controller (maybe it would be easier on a keyboard, where gamers are used to hitting 30 keys at the same time).
