This product is the best option for beginner or intermediate runners. It provides accurate information about average pace, time and distance, which is the basic information a runner needs. Add a heart rate sensor and you will have a powerful tool to assist you with your training.

The GPS watch is great. Tracks just the information we want. Easy to use and upload the information. Don't need the more fancy and more expensive watches.

) Best Christmas present ever! That's what my husband says, anyhow. So easy to use. Nothing more than just what you need, so it's lightweight, easy to read, and I think you can add a heart rate monitor strap (sold separately) later if that interests you. My 8 year old daughter has even gotten excited about running and tried it out. Now she can't stop talking about her "quarter mile split" - Oh my!
