) I am very satisfied with my forerunner. The touchscreen is, once you get used to it, extremly fast to operate. Compared to button operated watches, the 610 is as intuitive as an Ipod.
The heart rate monitor is comfortable and seems to do its job properly. The watch syncs with garmin software to give the
statistics.
The only thing i miss is the ability to go swimming with it. Furthermore , i believe that the screen is prone to scratch easily. I have attached a screen protector, wich I strongly recommend.

Good Watch. HORRIBLY Manufactured and screen keeps on chipping.

DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH! Don't get me wrong its a very good watch and does all its desired functions very well (and looks cool), but there are major design flaws. Im currently on my 3rd one of these because the other 2's screen chipped. I bought my first one about 3 weeks ago and after 3 days i notice some dirt or something at the top and went to get it out (gently i may add) and a huge chuck of the screen came out. I sent it back to garmin and got a new one for free in about 2 weeks. I had my second for 2 days and i chipped in the same place (i don't know how it happened and i just noticed it). I took that one back to the original store i bought it from and they gave me a new one for free. Now I'm on my 3rd and its only a matter of time before this one breaks and i trade it in for another..... at least garmin has a good warranty so you can keep trading in your broken products for new ones!

) I bought this as a gift for my wife. I use it everytime I run as well. I like the Garmin because you can see the results of your training. You can see that you are getting faster. You can monitor your speed almost to every stride. This watch has so many tools to help you become a better runner. All you have to do is add the will to excel. Once you have used a Garmin you will want to run with it EVERY time.

Very good watch. A lot of data can be recorded. Good size.
A little dificult interface especially scrolling the menous.
