Easy viewing experience of this masterpiece

Francis Ford Coppola's retelling of the first two films told chronologically makes for an easier viewing experience, there are no flashbacks throughout the entire picture.
When you first start this film, you're watching nothing but Part II and it's all subtitled. However, they are easy to read.
There are two minor problems I have with this fantastic edition: 1) The compilation is much too long to watch at one sitting, the last 45 minutes will drag on like an afternoon soap opera. 2) Why isn't this digitally remastered and released on DVD?
All in all, this is well worth adding to any movie lover's collection. It is rare and will make for quite a spectacle for any fan of the movie, especially if he/she wasn't aware of this version.

The second of three vhs cassetes was poor in quality. I love the movie, however, I paid a good price and expected the quality to be better than it was.
