Golf For Dummies (DVD, 2005)

This is a very good dvd for a newcomer to golf or a veteran who needs a little refresher course.
The movie is easy to watch and shares some great tips from a seasoned professional in a language that is easy to understand.

Video went through the teaching steps a little too quickly and with not enough detail for my liking. I'd rather see the video split into two dvd's which would devote more time to hitting each of the steps of grip, stance, swing, etc. But hey, that's just me.

Easy to follow and good tips and strategy for beginners to intermediate golfers. Good humor, too if you like Gary McCord as I do.

Extremely helpful, a good review of the fundamentals. Covers everything from the grip, the swing, and putting down to the basic rules of the game. Would be a great tool for any newcomers to the game.

I started playing "at golf" for the first time at nearly 65 yrs. Tried various internet sites, then another DVD.
Had no idea what to expect from Golf for Dummies, BUT I was totally surprised by the lessons and advise provided.

I now have a consistent manner of how I approach and learn the game of golf. I find myself talking to myself when I make a real mistake and review what the DVD had provided.

I may never be much of a golfer, but the DVD certainly has me pointed towards goals to reach and try to obtain.
