The band has had its ups and downs since then, but they achieved another big hit and a new level of critical respect with 2004's powerful rock opera AMERICAN IDIOT. Their searing performances at Britain's enormous Milton Keyes National Bowl provides the material for this concert film, which is directed by Samuel Bayer, the man behind their acclaimed "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" video.
