) From a thirty year experience of teaching children in their early childhood years, I have found this to be a consistent favorite read-aloud. Its repetition delights young ears and builds listening skills. It also teaches in a most preposterous way that trying new foods may turn out to be the best experience ever!
I had purchased the stuffed animal character from the book and needed a copy of the book for my grandson's personal library. Can hardly wait until his birthday to present him with his very own copy....and then making those infamous green eggs and ham as a breakfast treat! What a joy and pleasure to share such age appropriate literature with young children!

) My granddaughter asked for this book a few weeks ago, so I bought it for her on ebay. I always loved Dr. Seuss books, Green Eggs and Ham was my favorite. Now my granddaughter and I can read it together. It is a cute book! I would recommend this book for all age groups!

) I love this book it is probably the most successful books at 50 words ever wrritten. What a fantastic imagination to concieve such a fantastic rhyme , a nd my kids love it too.
P.S. this book was written only because of a bet , isn't that amazing.
