    I collect and repair old Lionel Trains and I like to be able to take my reference material to the workbench. This book gives me that option. It is full of useful and informative information. Well written with very clear and concise diagrams of all Lionels locomotives and accesories from this time period,I will use this book for years to come. A great publication for anyone who works on post war Lionel.

    I repair Lionel model railroad trains and accessories. This handbook and others like it are very good repair guides and help with key repair issues of Lionel trains. I would buy other similar items for American Flyer - Gilbert model trains as well if they were available.

    This is a good book to have for repairs of older trains. I have found it to be very informative. It also has transformer and switches repairs. Good book to have. Just needs to be bigger for easier reading on prints(details of diagrams).
