Halloween II (DVD, 2010, Unrated)

Rob Zombie's 2009 horror sequel picks up where the first one ended.
Masked killer, Michael Myers continues to hunt for his sister, Laurie
Strode. This sequel is pretty good, but not as good as the first. I'm
glad I bought this dvd that not only has nice picture and sound, but
it's unrated with cool extras. Add this to your Halloween or horror
collection.

I've only seen the end of this movie but what I've seen thus far looks okay. Not great but okay. It's got A LOT of killing and slashing etc... which I DON'T really like in horror movies. This one is more of a SLASHER movie and that's it! Seems Michael M.'s anger has gotten more out of control as each movie has been made for the series. This one has him EXPLODING with way too much anger and being out of control with his killing sprees. But if you're a HALLOWEEN movie buff/fan like I am you HAVE to get this one just to add it to complete your Michael Myers Halloween series. The only one I haven't purchased and probably won't add is Halloween: Season of the Witch. Didn't understand it and don't like it. STUPID and beyond STUPID. That should've been a SCI-FI movie period! But I loved the cover of that movie with Witches walking in the sunset towards night. COOL picture. That was it.
Back to this movie.... I do recommend it for HALLOWEEN movie fans but that's it! Otherwise it actually wasn't as good as the others in the past. Could've been a lot better. Especially IF this is going to be the very last Halloween movie which I hope it won't be. The ending should be done with a lot more insight and depth. Make it the MASTERPIECE of them ALL with great story line and cinematography!

First of all I HATE people who remake movies. Please people leave the originals alone. Anyways,I watch this movie thinking it would be as good as the first one,but NO. Why you ask? Cause NOTHING HAPPENS IN THIS MOVIE. No joke! The start of the movie has some action/blood and gore. The ending has some action/blood and gore. Now this movie is 2 hours long. About an hour an half of the movie is absolutly NOTHING. All it is,is talking and cussing, talking and cussing, talking and cussing THAT'S IT. No horror,blood or nothing.
Now the bad language really doesn't bother me but it might bother other people. Most and I mean MOST of the movie everyone is say F**k this and F**k that ALOT. There is even some parts in the movie the character says F**k over and over and over and over again. And also I think it is SO stupid that when Micheal Myers is stabbing someone,hell he stabbes them over and over and over and over. So STUPID. And I really hate to ruin it,but this Halloween 2 and ABSOLUTLY NOTHING to do with the original Halloween 2 AT ALL. So if you want to watch this movie DO NOT BUY IT. It's a waste of money. Just rent it. Oh and did I mention that Micheal Myers talks to his "dead" mother. Umm hello,can we say Friday The 13th flashback. Stupid Stupid Stupid

I have to admit that Rob Zombie's version of Halloween II is definatley more horrific than John Carpenter's original version.
I love all the Halloween films in the series including Halloween III and as different as this film is, i am pleased with my purchase and it is an excellent edition to my Halloween film collection.
They are my favourite films.

Rob Zombie´s is back with one masterpiece in real horror. I belive this one is little more scarier than the first part. Rob´s Halloween is an class for it selves. More gore, more tens & Great rock music a´la 70-is. This movie is a most to have for everyone who like to see horror movie. This is Rob´s best movie ever, I think!
Bought a copy to your collection, I´m blessed to have my copy signed by the cast!
