The culmination of a decade in a two-hour movie...worth it? Totally...a decade of good memories and growing up with the Harry Potter trio would be worthless if the ending wasn't good...it's not about the journey...it's the destination...yeah...it's a wise phrase...but think about it...if Odysseus hadn't returned and get a happy-ending then his trials would be meaningless right? So it's about the journey AND the destination...the kids that had trouble learning Wingardium Leviosa and thought that the final exams were horrifying now stand up for what they believe in and fight for it...they manage one of the best cinematical escapes of all-time, they start a rebellion which ends up to be the war of the wars and all of the characters help on destroying the most horrific evil their world has known...in the end what matters is friendship till the end (Harry, Ron and Hermione), family (the Malfoys, the Weasleys), protecting the ones you care about (McGonagall) and give everything, even your whole life for love (Snape)...the best decade of my life is over and has truly shaped the person that I am today...
As for the 3D BD...it is truly magnificent in HD and it's definitely a "keeper"...

Wow! I think this was by far the best of the entire series. I LOVE this movie. This was my first movie on my new Samsung and it just blew me away! You won't be sorry if you buy this movie.

Be careful this is not the disk/dvd just ability to watch digitally
I bought this without reading the sale carefully enough. Not the sellers fault but I thought I was buying the dvd

Saw the 3D movie in the theatres. Wasn't that great with 3D effects added. BUT the movie itself is a phenominal ending to a great series.
