i loved the pc game i thought it was good, it could have been a little more like the movie, but it was good and challenging especially the end. Very intense i couldn't beat the end for a while, it was tough and i started over like 50 times. haha. anywasy it was good. i decided to buy the pc game because i saw the movie and i wanted to see what it would be like in a game format. and after trying so hard to buy it in stores i decided to go on to EBAY.COM to see if they had it and it was on there and quickly grabed it up so that i could play it. i look forward to playing the rest of the games.

Despite Some Problems, It is fantastic

This was the first Harry Potter game I played with my grandchildren. In fact it was the first game ever that I had ever played, but I did it to help them play as they were so young and couldn't do it without help and they would watch me play it and then they played it after I did and by me playing it, I was able to help them when they got stuck. When we first played it, they were 6 and 7 years old and they loved it. I absolutely loved it but I do have to say it was hard because when you would aim your wand, it was difficult hitting objects because the room would move around and you had to slow up and aim. That part was especially aggravating. It didn't affect anything when you were in a hurry but still just made it a little more troublesome. Once you realised that this was a problem, it got easier to adjust it faster and you could then move faster. My grandchildren were able to do the final battle but I have to say I never did defeat the bad guy in the end and I thought that particular thing was really hard. It was hard avoiding his magic being shot at you and he does major damage when he hits. Overall though, I loved this and I recently played it again after 2 years and I had just as much fun this time and it was new and exciting all over again. I loved this game and chamber of secrets more than any other Harry Potter games. Just note that if you have small children and they want to play but can't, they can play this by watching a adult play and the adult guiding them along the way and helping them out of tough spots.

Harry eases into action.

The first Harry Potter game I played was the Chamber of Secrets and each level builds up and it becomes harder to subdue the enemies. The first Harry Potter is more simpler during each level and there is more emphasis on exploring activity and broomstick sports rather than subdueing enemies. I have not gotten to the final chapters but its pretty interesting to go through with to gather items. give it a try.

Obviously an early Harry Potter game.

Bought game for 5 year old son who is big Harry Potter fan. He loved it. I found it a bit less user friendly and sluggish in spots compared to later Harry Potter games. Overall not a bad game at all. We are enjoying it.

I have the happiest grandson in the world. He received a Harry Potter PC game for Christmas, but it was for a mac. I went on e-bay and found the same game in the version that works on his computer. Grandma is a hero and so is e-bay. Thank You
