Harry Potter Collection (DVD, 2004, 6-Disc Set)

This first 2 Harry Potter films are my favorites, because it is exploritory. He has had a very hard life and now things start looking up for Harry (this is one of the many underlying messages in this film). Harry Potter in general has mixed reviews but I want to tell you why you should buy it anyway.

1) Harry Potter is not the devil! Some feel that the use of witchcraft and wizzardry in this film is a religous persuasion. It is not! It is just simply ment to do the same thing all disney movies do. Bring a bid or magic and imagination into life.
2) it has many underlying messages in a fun way to receive them. For instance, Muggles, muggles are non-magic folk and are looked at in a negitive way by some in the fil, and defended by others. This is to teach children that racism is not good.

The 3rd and 4th films are darker as he must learn to fight off people who want to hurts him and his friends.

It is a magically, fun, great learning movie for any child! And is fun for adults also!

I bought a collection of Harry Potter DVDs in a collector's box from an excellent eBayer. Because I love the Harry Potter series, but I already owned the most recent released DVD, finding a combined lot of the first three really caught my eye.
What I really liked most about it was that, not only did it complete my Harry Potter DVD collection, the DVDs that I bought from eBay were in really incredible condition! I was very pleased that there were no scratches or smudges to disrupt the play of the movie.
The only thing that was 'wrong' with the combined lot was that the three movies that came in the box weren't all originally part of the 'three DVD box collection'. The third DVD was a separate purchase and simply placed in the box with the other two. This was fine, really, due to the fact that I just wanted to watch them, not display them. But if I was a genuine collector, it would have been nice to know that all three DVDs were part of the original collector's box.

I'm a big fan of Harry Potter. The movies are excellent and well worth watching even if you have or have not read the books. J.K. Rowling really knows how to draw you into the story and you won't be able to lay it down. Appeals to adults and kids alike. Rowling has also been able to put a lot of history into her stories. You can't wait to get to the next book and see what happens to Harry, Ron and Hermoine! Excellent! Excellent!

my son was very excited when he received his complete collection of harry potter. he has been a fan for so long, that he wore out his first two tapes that he had, and lost one of the dvds that he had. now he has the whole set. thank you very much.

These potter movies are great for all the hole family! If you haven't seen them
then it is a must see film!
