MOVIE FUCKING ROCKS

If you are fans of true horror cinema (means magic, weird, disturbing atmosphere wins over silly random shocks of nowadays) you can't miss ANY of Corman's film starring the greatest actor of all time: Mr. Vincent Price.

Tower of London is one of the best acts in both the director's and the actor's career, a typical English style tragedy full of ghosts, sadism and Shekespearian's flavour. Black & White. An absolute gem.

The Haunted Palace is a Lovecraft's based story directed with the same visual beauty as the famous Corman-Poe flicks. Price gets mad, his woman (Debra Paget, damn hot and damn good on stage) survives hell out of the story. Charming, funny, stunning, brilliant. The fragment where they escape from the ugly mob in the city's square is top notch horror cinema.
Also Lon Chaney Jr. joins the party but, once you got the awesome Price on air... who cares!?!?!?

Very good for how old they are!

These movies were made in the nineteen sixties. A time of extremely cheesy non-violent horror movies. Surprisingly though, these movies are very good. They both stay fairly close to their source material (one is based on a Lovecraft story, the other a shakespeareplay) and are very entertaining.
