He's Just Not That Into You - Romantic Comedy
Created: 04/07/09
Some very good actors/actresses - Jennifer Aniston, Ben Affleck, Ginnifer Goodwin, Jennifer Connelly, Drew Barrymore, and Scarlett Johansson. Each character has their own separate and unique situation taking place in their own lives - not so different in what takes place in peoples everyday lives - a woman whom wants to get married after dating the same man for many years, a man tempted to cheat on his wife, a young woman who just wants her date to be Mr. Right or at least call her for a second date, and a man whom finds love, very unexpectedly just through giving advice from a man's point of view. Each character is connected some way through work, marriage, or friendship, pulling the characters and their stories together. Ginnifer Goodwin plays along side some much larger stars, like Aniston, Affleck, Barrymore, Connelly, and Johansson, but she is so delightful and charming, she can't help but stand out in this film. Her character’s almost obsessive efforts at finding love and her sincere portrayal makes one feel like they have been in her shoes and one cannot help but identify and empathize with her. If you were a fan of "Sex and the City" and could not wait to see what happened next in the lives of Carrie Bradshaw and her friends then you will find 'HE’S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU' a truly delightful and lovable movie.

Fun and a few good laughs
Created: 03/06/09
He's Just Not That Into You stars Ben Affleck, Bradley Cooper, Drew Barrymore, Ginnifer Goodwin, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connelly, Justin Long, Kevin Connolly, Kris Kristofferson, Scarlett Johansson. Whew. That is a lot of names to keep up with.
The movie is based on a Sex and the City episode with a bit of Friends tossed in for fun. It follows a slew of 20-30 somethings as they live life and struggle with the ultimate question. Why is HE like HE is?
I found this movie to be fun and enjoyable although a bit slow at times.
If you have the time to spare and you loved Sex and the City then you definitely want to catch this movie.
Rated 4 of 5 for good acting, a good story line and a few good laughs

A girl flick that relates to both sexes
Created: 02/08/09
We decided to buy this DVD after all of our friends said it was a great friday night movie. I was a little skeptical because it looked like a chick flick. But most of the chick flick movies my wife makes me watch actually turns out to be pretty good ex. 13 going on 30, Sweetest Thing, and 27 Dresses. Plus I figured I would watch the movie because of the star studded cast in this movie: Drew Barrymore, Justin Long, Scarlet Johanssen, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Aniston . Movie relates to everyday life if singles and make me glad that I am married. Five Stars on this movie *****

I'm just NOT that into this mess!
Created: 05/07/09
How this crude and disjointed mess ever got a PG-13 rating is beyond my comprehension. The language and content are completely inappropriate for young teens.
The film has little to offer, and the characters do not endear themselves to their audience. Drew Barrymore has the only good line, and her sweet spirit shines through despite her character's small role.
My initial impression was that this would be a fun date movie or one to watch with friends, but it's embarrassing, and it's certainly not funny. Adultery, manipulation, and promiscuity do not make for an entertaining film for anyone. Don't waste your time on this trash.

One of the Best Comedy-Romance Films, Ever
Created: 03/06/09
Ok I'll admit, I loved this movie for more than just a few reasons. First and foremost, the reason I saw this film was because of the spectacular cast it offers. Not only this, but the story juggles these several highly talented and well-known performers so well I didn't feel like one received more air time than another. On this note, some of the greatest acting I've ever seen. In order for that to exist though it needed to scrap the average parallel universe of "romantic" and "comedy". No objections there. Still, there were funny parts all appropriately placed... and there were parts that made me cry... and there were parts that made me shout for joy and root for the characters... and a few times I wanted to slap them (in a good way). I really can't stress how hard that is in a film to connect a relationship between the viewer and character. So profoundly, I was practically side by side to each boy and girl. It was cute, funny, sexy and hit every thing with everlasting impression. Ranks up there with Love Actually (2003). I'll definitely see this film again and again.
