    Publisher's Note
A high-profile political pundit issues a wake-up call to women in groundbreaking book that illuminates the paradoxes and pitfalls they face in todays world....No one can deny that women have made great strides in the past decades, achieving power and success in their careers and in the public eye. But, says political analyst Laura Ingraham, scratch the surface of that success and you discover that many women have been forced to make enormous compromises and concessions to achieve their goals. Nowhere is this more evident than in the life and career choices of Hillary Clinton, who is emblematic of the overall state of progress and power achieved--or not--by women today. THE HILLARY TRAP directly challenges Hillary Clinton's status as a positive role model for women, and takes a hard look at the status of women today.

A look at the status of women in modern society examines the life and career of Hillary Clinton while exploring areas in which women risk abandoning the power they once had

I decided to purchase this book since I have been doing some research into the political career of Hillary Clinton. I was under the impression this book would tell about the 'traps' Mrs. Clinton has planned for the public. However this is not the gist of the book. Laura Ingraham carefully and correctly tells how Mrs. Clinton has made traps for her own career. Traps that perhaps might end up jeopardizing her political ambitions. These traps include Mrs. Clinton's reliance on the influence and power that others have, and to which she taps into. In other words, Mrs. Clinton has climbed the success ladder, not on her own merits, but the power and influence of others who had already reached the pinnacle of success. An excellent read!
