Hoover Fh40010b Upright Cleaner

Dollar for Dollar probably the best hard floor cleaner I have tried. I have over 1400 sf of textured tile and the Hoover Floormate is getting the job done with little effort. Previous attempts with other equipment did not fair as well as the Hoover. The dual tanks are a plus. Cleaning solution and water in one tank and used water in a seperate one. You can seen the dirt letting you know how well dirty the floor was. I would buy it again!!

I think every household should have one of these machines! I have 5 dogs and a baby and I have never felt that my floors are truly clean. I was tired of having dingy socks and having to put dark coloured pants on my baby. The hoover floormate picks up everything! The floors look absolutely fantastic! I'm very pleased. I've tried almost every product on the market (conventional mops, swiffers, promist, steam mops) and nothing even comes close to comparing. My friends now want to borrow it to do the "floormate challenge" at their houses.
The only negative things I would have to say about this product are that the cleaning solution isn't easy to come by (even on ebay) and the holding tanks for the clean and dirty water could be larger. I don't have very big rooms and I would have to refill the clean tank and empty the dirty tank at least once per room... which means I go through a ton of cleaning solution.

LOVE this unit. This is the third piece of equipment (others not Hoover) I have purchased to do the work on a house-full of tile floors. This is the ONLY one that did the job. Very easy to put together, very easy to use, no-fuss-no-muss and it did a VERY good job on my floors. Hooray for Hoover; hooray for me. I would defnitely suggest this to anyone with lots of hard surfaced floors.

Since buying this floor cleaner I've used it 3 times. It seems to do a good job. It's easy to use, the cleaning solution has a nice smell to it. It would be nice if it didn't suck up the solution quite as fast so you can go over and over the area with the brushes, but I still like it. To do all the tile in my house I have to refill the solution and water 3 times, which is a lot, but this is such a better alternative to mopping. I recommend the product. It's not perfect, but it's worth it.

Works great!!! user friendly and very easy to use. Cleans very well with no effort, does it all, vacuums, washes and dries.
