I am so glad I purchased this straightening iron. My daughter has the same one and her hair comes out perfectly straight and shiny. She told me that the one I had was awful so I tried hers out and had to buy one. This iron is so hot that I only use it on the #3 or 4 setting and that's all I need, even though it goes up to #10. Nothing has ever been able to straighten my hair before. It's very easy to use, I don't even need a mirror, I just use it while watching TV and it's so hot that it's quick to do. My hair is down to my waist and very frizzy but it actually comes out silky smooth and perfectly straight. My husband can't get over it, he says I look like a different person. I just love it!

) I have use Hot Tools 1190 Hair Straightener before and i loved it. I had my old one for a couple of years and decided to buy another one for a family member to use. I like how it leaves my hair soft and it gives it a shine.
