hp genuine ink is definitely the best for your hp printer. Of course, some compatibles work OK, but the "real McCoy" guarantees vivid colors and streak-less printing. The only down side is that the ink cartridges do tend to cost more than the compatible ink cartridges. When I can get a good price, I will always opt for the real thing, especially if I have a new printer that is still in warranty. There are enough great deals on eBay for the genuine product, that generally I don't have to buy compatible ink cartridges.

) the tri color worked just ok, faded print. May as well buy a new one save yourself some time! I restarted the computer cleaned the cartridge head with an alcohol swab, the prints turned out faded like an old polaroid film!!! Recycle your own cartridges I guess they can only take so much recycling. My printer is a brand new HP maybe its too sensitive. In fact just bought new XL cartridges today.

HP 60 tri color cartridge is very good when it is purchased from Hewlett packard since the computer will read it will work on the printer compared to using a used model that reads it will not properly.
