Product Information
It's a familiar story: aliens are on a rampage, and will stop at nothing to destroy the Earth and all its inhabitants. That's where you come in. As one of the most well respected soldiers in the world, it's up to you to put a stop to the extraterrestrial terror and make the Earth a safe place to live again. You'll go to battle on all kinds of terrain, from mountains to deserts to oceans, and you'll have a variety of vehicles that are appropriate for the job: tanks, gun turrets, helicopters, and jets. Each mission will call for a different skill, whether it's reconnaissance, search and destroy, or defense. Your battle skills will definitely be put to the test as you go on the most important mission of your life. You can also recruit a friend to help your cause with some awesome two-player action. If you aren't feeling friendly you can compete with a buddy to see who can blast the most aliens and be the hero.

Bad graphics and horrible.... horrible lag.

Created: 07/05/07
Incoming is a game in where you control tanks, planes, UFOs, and what have you. It has a multiplayer mode, a story mode, and a few others that aren't worth mentioning.

Graphics - 5/10

Well, the graphics on this game are under par. And that's an understatement. Smudgy, ugly, and just plain horrible. There are about 5 camera angles. Two of them are just *barely* usable and it takes about 5 seconds to switch between views. In a shooting game, this is unacceptable. Five seconds in this game = dead. Even the views that you CAN use are horrible. The first person one has NO view whatsoever, and you can only see things DIRECTLY in front of you and the third person view doesn't stay behind you. It tries, but no go. Like I said, it takes about 5 seconds for this game to do anything with the camera. Since the front of your vehicle is constantly changing direction, the camera never catches up. This game is SUPPOSED to be fast paced, but it doesn't work. End result = dead.

Gameplay - 4/10

This game has the potential to be a good game when it comes to gameplay, but... the lag is just horrible. And in some vehicles, you can't aim, turn around, shoot, etc. Yet another failing aspect of this game.

Music - 4/10

Forget the music. Basically it's just a bass line. The music is really hard to describe, it's just a (bum bum bum bum... BUM! bum...) and so on and so forth. Less than mediocore.

Multiplayer - 0/10

This is the hardest, most annoying, horrible multiplayer mode EVER! There aren't any stages made for multiplayer, so you fly around the huge story mode stages hunting for one ship, one tiny little dot. Once every five minutes you get a glance, and take about 5 shots before it disappears again. One of those shots *might* hit. If it does connect (which it rarely does) then it'll take off every ... about 1/10 to 1/20 of their life. You do the math of how long these boring matches take.

Overall - 3/10
